I'm in the middle (after 13 weeks and counting) of buying a flat. We were ready to exchange when we were informed that BRAM sold the leasehold to Mainstay residential in the last 3 weeks and now have more delays. Anyway, how are Mainstay at managing things? I couldn't find anything recent on here and Google search came up with some old results of bad news. Don't want to go through all the hassle only to get hassled by Mainstay later on

  • Sorry for the late delay in seeing thisbut i have first hand experience with mainstay and still to the best of my knowledge, they have been wiped off the map in south and west wales. We sacked them and manage to make contact with other developments throughout the UK.
answer to your question - Absolute !!!!!. They are parasites, rip off merchants, useless and many more words i can think off but wont post here.
