I am not sure what makes a plain pair of shorts "for" women or men, but transgender/cross dressing shops might have what you are looking for.

I havent looked through it, but there are plenty like this one.... http://www.crossdressboutique.com/

Has anyone mentioned Primark yet. They do all sorts spandex fake things. Just plain pants with the waist thinner might be ideal.

It's tempting to buy a smaller size. But think of where the extra rolls may pop out or roll down of it's too tight. Trying working out your size to convert. They do flesh coloured and black, about a fiver.

Best of luck us ladies have been at it for years, get in there! X

How about a weight vest ; so as you walk around normally, you burn off twice the fat ?

I think the word you are looking for is "thank you".
The shop I linked to (and hundreds of others) has the waist cinchers designed to be worn by men that you asked about!
Otherwise, you can get body shaping "muscle" t shirts etc from stagewear suppliers.
