Apologies first if this is the wrong place to post this.I decided to fill out the online form for my parents as they are becoming forgetful, to see if they had any 'lost accounts'.I did this nearly 2 months ago but have not heard anything?I did expect to receive at least a confirmation of my apllication( about five different banks/b/societ)Can anyone enlighten how long this should take as I am a little worried I gave out their personal details and have not heard anything either way.Thank youZoe
