Unable to view a will

Hi,
Recently my grandmother died, and our side of the family has been removed from the will and my father removed as an executor without our knowledge. The solicitor handling matters is refusing to show any of us the will? Does anyone know how this is possible or what section of law they might be doing this under?

Your grandmother could change her will and name different executors at any time and with no need to tell anyone.

You have no right to demand to see the will but once probate has been granted it becomes a public document and you can get a copy.

If you think she was coerced into doing so then you may need to take your own legal advice but that can be very difficult to prove.
