Hi all
Might be a daft question but being our first house purchase we're just not sure 🤔
So buying a shared ownership property can you make an offer of the share your looking to buy? Just like you would buying a normal house.
Thanks again all

If it's a re-sale you can, if buying new then no chance0

Yes, as above, if it's a resale property (i.e. not brand new), you can make an offer. I'm not sure whether a new build will be a blanket no, but it's tough getting offers accepted on new builds full stop.Hi all
