PCN Wrong Location

Hi Can someone point me in the right direction please.

I parked on Shakespear street in Newcastle upon tyne last night (I thought i was parking legally) and returned to find a PCN attached to my car. After Googling today I find that this is a known hotspot with misleading signs (google Shakespear street Newcastle)

I have noticed today that the PCN says my car was parked in a different location in Newcastle, I also assume that the enforcement officer will have photos of my vehicle parked in a different location to the one specified on the PCN.

Do you think I have any grounds to appeal this, if so can you help me at all

Was this a council or private PCN? If private, you need to read the NEWBIES thread and tell us the name of the parking company?

If council, then you should visit pepipoo.com as they are the council/police motoring experts. Post both sides of your redacted PCN after reading the FAQs there.
You will need an email address to register there, but don't use a Hotmail address as they don't work for some reason.
