Home Buyers Protection

Unfortunately, my first purchase failed, now my offer`s been accepted for the second flat. I don't want to lose any money or let`s say trying to minimise any potential losses.

I am trying to search the best home buyer protection Since I am an FTB, I`d ask if anybody here has experienced any of the below policies?

because although I might have insurance and Insurance company might not pay my potential claims because of some small prints or sth in details of the insurance policy

I've rarely come across people who use these policies - possiby that's an indication of their benefit.

    I'd simply advise that you

    a) read and understand the full T&Cs, so you know exactly how much you can claim and in exactly what circumstances

In particular, I'd want to know if you can claim if you pull out eg after a survey or as a result of some conveyancing issue

    b) set that against the fixed premium that it will cost you whether the purchase goes through or not

When I saw this post I thought oh that's something to think about next time then I saw that the reason I pulled out of a purchase (on-going dispute of access across the carparking space) wouldn't be covered.

Think of all the reasons you could pull out look at the forum for problems people have and actually think will it cover you sufficiently.
