Interest on Nil Balance!!

I recently paid off my Mint credit card within the required period and to my horror they have sent me yet another statement requesting another interest payment. How can that be right? I assumed if you paid off the whole balance, that's all you owed them. Unfortunately the call centre operator didn't understand my request, so I gave up. Anyone throw some light on to this for me please?

  • Interest is calculated from the date of your last statement until you paid the bill off.
Pay this one off ASAP and you should be clear by next month.
