    This isn't a "fine"!

Everyone is politely asked to read he newbies faq thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

There you will find complete advice on how and when to submit appeals against this.

Throughout the advice is to never reveal who was driving.

Edit your OP to remove details of who the driver was

    Hello!
I have been fined by the parking eye and I see they have quite a reputation :/
I parked for 5 minutes behind a restaurant on tower road in Newquay and walked into the restaurant. After a couple of minutes i asked if i could park there. They said no, its private so I walked back and left. I was probably out of my car for 5 minutes? Should I tell them this or do I need to be more tactical? 60 quid for 11 minutes, what a bunch of *****
You can even see a Tower Road appeal on page one right now. No need for a new thread about another scam PCN from ParkingEye alleging 11 minutes is too long at Tower Road.

Read the NEWBIES thread at the top of the forum, use the standard appeal.

Did the PCN arrive by day 15 from the date of parking?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • Thanks for your response!

I will look through it all.
