Acer aspire Key pad

My Acer Touchpad has stopped working have tried to download drivers and so on and followed guides online but Nothing works I have a usb Mouse which I use but I would like the keypad to work any idea? TIA;)

    Thank you I had a new Hardrive put in and tbh its not been the same since I got it back I cant add new accounts either it starts uup as an admin account

    Do you mean the touchpad rather than the keypad? on some acer models the tiny ribbon cable for the touchpad has to be disconnected to insert a new hard drive. whoever put the drive in needs to look at it.

    Thank you Yes that is what I mean It did work when I got it back But after some Updates It stopped

    Yes It is running windows 10 Its Aspire ES1-512-C5YW

    I know you say you have tried drivers already - but this looks like its the correct one is the touchpad driver on this page:

    Basically you press F2 Bios key,

    On Main Tab you look for Touchpad setting an change from Advanced to Basic,

    Press F10 to save.
