The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this competition received before the Closing Date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
The prize is the deeds to a ‘Tsavo’ lodge by Albion Canvas and a private lake in the Centre Val de Loire region in France, worth £30,000 (33,892.54 EUR based on GBP to EUR 1.13 exchange rate. The deck dimensions are 11 metres long x 5 metres wide, with an internal living area of 9 metres x 5 metres, the lodge sleeps 6-7 people and can be made to suit various configurations as chosen by the winner. The size of plot of land on which the lodge will be situated is 2090m². Furniture included with the prize will include basic table and chairs. Beds and stove are not included. Immediately the winners details have been confirmed the transfer of the prize including the title to the property will commence.
