Donna - oh dear, hope your head is on the mend.

I have been running this morning, about 5 miles, I detest running in the morning but it is convenient time wise, I laboured round the whole run.

    B/F 2 x weetabix, s/s milk, 1 slice of fruit toast with flora, 3 (yes 3) coffees.

Lunch - protein shake made with water, greek yoghurt, banana and granola, cup of tea.

Tea - garlic roast chicken, roasties, mashed carrot and swede, gravy.
Snacks - 1 very large orange.

I will dog walk too but it will be a short one really as I have a ton to do, may go on another this evening.

    Afternoon all

Congrats on the losses and commiserations others

I have an STS to report - I know it's not enough exercise :naughty: so must get into doing more and stop procrastinating

I am now thoroughly fed-up with hearing about blasted Hallowe'en and it's not even arrived yet. Absolutely everywhere is consumed by it - I'm sure it never used to be so in your face. Sorry to anyone who's a fan

Hope you all have a super week

Currently still on the train ride from hell. ...so much so that DH is travelling towards me so we can meet when the trains stop and i wont have to sleep on a platform with my bike. ..i am even unable to stress eat as i keep rocking up at places with nothing to eat.

Tomorrow I want veggies and a piece of plain grilled fish in my own home.

Nime has a wonderful Roman arena, ,I was not expecting so much time to admire it....that was when I last had a coffee.......

Dolly84 you sound very fit. ...
  • Down 5.7lb please. Thank goodness.

White tie dinner on Wednesday and I Have to get into my dress. It’s the only one I have.

I was thinking you sounded super fit.

I've decided to run later in the day today as my need for coffee was great and I always need the loo when I'm running if I've had too much coffee.

B/F - banana smoothie with 1 banana, half a scoop of protein powder and s/s milk. 1 slice fruit toast & flora, coffee

Lunch - 2 slices seeded bread, banana, yoghurt, cup of tea

Tea - chicken breast, salad, jacket potato, cup of tea

snacks - 1 large orange plus lots of squash.

    Have a good day all.
