One of my cats has just had a tumor removed from his neck area!
He cannot have a lampshade on to stop him from scratching the stitches, so I need a solution for his paws?
Any suggestions for paw socks please?

Did your vet not suggest anythingmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
The vet realised it was going to be difficult, but could only suggest making up little socks, if he starts to scratch.0

A thunder jacket may help both stopping access to the area and calming the cat so it doesn't care about it?

These are really for dogs but maybe smaller pairs would fit on your cat? Whether he's going to be overly happy about wearing them is another matter but if he accepts them and they'll fit they could do the job. https://www.petconnection.ie/product/trixie-non-slip-dog-socks-grey-2pcs0

Try bandaging his neck ddown to his shoulders/underarms? That way, he'll be more annoyed about that and his claws will catch in that rather than the wound?I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0

Thank you for your replies and suggestions.
I under estimated his common sense and his stitches are healing nicely with no signs of scratching 😀 He is eating very well again and sleeps a lot, maybe that is the Metacam?0
