I got the closing statement for my Clubcard Plus account on 19th Oct but no cheque yet. So I rang Tesco Bank today and got a recorded message saying it could take up to 10 working days.
It's not clear if that is from today, in which case that would be 15 working days in total.
I am annoyed because I would have taken the money out in cash if I had known it was going to take so long.
Very unimpressed. And not the way to attract new customers to Tesco Bank.

Deadline passed and no cheque from Tesco however they did send me replacement clubcard feeling very vulnerable.

Their profits no care for the customer.
I refused to take out my clubcard in protest as it is also a data gathering mechanism.
