can have 10 , currently have 8 so 2 spare numbers
friday 7th, tried it online
didnt work
phoned them ,w as told it would be on in 24 hours
sunday came, nothing on so phoned them again
was told needed to go to escalations, and would take 5 working days
friday 14th, still not on at 2.30pm, so phone again
was told on in 3 hours
6pm
phone again, again just wait and will be on but
got through to richard h*ll in escalations, was told that out of the entire o2 people, only 1 person could do it,and he is away
its still npt on as of now (14.46 - 17th)
after another 2 hours n the phone to them
have have had everything from, too many numbers on the list (8 when im allowed 10)
to its not a pay as you go number (it is) even its not a o2 number.
mainly been told by people of non native english language, that doesnt help with trying to explain any problems,
how and wh does it take so long to sort this out
they dont have a complaints department apparently either
