If you go into your user control panel, under time and date mine is set to automatically detect DST changes, maybe yours is set to manual and needs changing.

my setting are correct as https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/uk

mine is set to auto detect as is the same time as my TV, Freeview box, ITV news clock, iphone, ipad which are all auto detect
