Can i claim wasted frozen food from a faulty freezer (still in warranty)

I am a private tenant in a new build flat and the freezer started not being the right temperature for a month now, so my frozen food defrosted so was binned
since then i have been regularly going to the supermarket to top up on fresh food
so finally, now, a month ish later, the fridge freezer is being replaced
initially, the 'Property management company' got a engineer (different company) to tru and fix, which they recommended i fully defrost the freezer which should sort it out as ice was present.
so i done this but the problem remained so the engineer came back and said it is a faulty compressor, so the fridge freezer would be replaced
as i have probably lost about £30 worth of frozen food, from the faulty freezer and lengthly time for it to be replaced/fixed, do i have any grounds to claim compensation of the wasted food?
if so, do i claim from;
- the fridge/freezer manufacturer
- the landlord
- the contractors of the flat
- the engineers repair company
or someone else?
thanks

wasted food usually needs to be covered by your own insurance.0

Was the freezer supplied as part of your tenancy? If yes then your landlord is responsible for the maintenance of the white goods, thus any possible claim you'd have would be against the landlord.
If your home insurance includes freezer cover then look at that; but if the policy has an excess then any claim for £30 is probably pointless.0 -
Currys sent me a cheque for £115 for ruined food when my new Freezer from them failed.0

That's because you bought the freezer from Currys, so you had a contract with them - and they breached the contract. (Not fit for purpose etc.)
But the OP doesn't have any contract with the freezer supplier.
So the OP's best (but slim) chance is to claim from the Landlord. And maybe the Landlord would claim from the supplier - but that's up to the landlord.0
