Very faulty item refunded but not collected

Hi. My husband ordered a tv from very back in May. On arrival we discovered there was a scratch on the screen. He contacted very who said they'd arrange for a courier to collect it. They have refunded the money to the account (showing as an advanced credit) my husband has made many calls since to resolve the collection of this tv but very have still not collected it as of today (17/07/17)

What should we do with this? What are our rights?
