Garden design for planning app.
I live in an area with no permitted development, everything has to go through CM Trust, my leaseholder (HA) and council. CM Trust said yes during a meeting, HA too.
My house is end of terrace, I want a side gate, a path 3 feet wide to the side of the house, pebbles in front yard, a pergola over my patio, a shed 5x3m and a path 3 feet wide from the said gate to new shed.
Can I design and draw it myself and submit to council or do I need proper design studio landscape architect to draw the plans?
I have a builder who gonna do it, but I am scared that no landscaping studio will take it due to not building it themselves.
Do you know anybody who will not mind doing the drawings only?
