Found an ideal house, but not sold ours!

We did this too, very very naive of us but we'd bought our house 13 years previous and couldnt remember all the proceedable ins and outs
.
Once we had decided to move and view we werent even on the market, i cringe now at the fact we viewed before even being proceedable and how the owner of our dream house (which we now live in) must have felt when we said 'we're going on the market next week and we are sure it will sell quickly' in fact i can feel MSEs eyes rolling as youre reading this! But it worked out well, we viewed, sort of fell in love and then put ours up for sale. Just about everything we owned went in to cupboards (to the point where i worried the photographer would knock on the door and the cupboards and contents would just burst out!) and all my toddlers toys were removed from each room for the pictures, the pictures were fab and made our little 2 up, 2 down look great and (thank goodness) we sold in 12 days. So we were able to get the house and in a way i think it gave us the kick to really push ourselves to get the house ship shape for viewings. Im not saying im amazing and i dont believe our old house was either, it was a good price and the pics did it justice. I will keep everything crossed for you!0 -
