It's coming on the 17th week of the conveyancing process. I'm in a chain, I have a buyer who has a buyer. We have leasehold flats. Wow 17 weeks feels long... Is this normal?!?

We're at week 16 from our offer, will be looking at week 23 for exchange and week 25 for completion. Mostly down to a vendor who isn't particularly motivated to clear out a probate property. We're in a single property transaction. Good job we're not in a chain, I don't think I could cope with pressure from below us.Make £2026 in 2026
