I have been issued with 3 PCN notices for failing to display a parking permit in my car in my own parking space.
When the contract with the original parking company started March 2013 I instructed them not to issue any fines for my space because I have numerous vehicles including motorcycles, and it would not be possible to have permits for all of them. They agreed ( I have emails to confirm ).
March 2017 a new parking company took over the contract but failed to give me any notice that they had done so.
I was issued with 3 tickets for not displaying a valid permit for £100 each.
The 5 display notices in the car park are as follows 3 x £60 reduced to 30 if paid in 14 days and 2 x £80 reduced to £40 if paid in 14 days
I informed them of the agreement for my space but they would not accept it.
I have since received letters from ZZPS Ltd and Wright Hassall LLP with administration costs they are now asking for £208.00 each.
I do not intend to pay anyone.
Any advice where i stand would be very grateful.

What does your lease/AST say? This is paramount and will have primacy of contract over anything the scammers say.
What is the name of the scam company please?
Have you complained to your landlord yet?
Debt collectors can be safely ignored. Post 4 of the NEWBIES explains why.

Looks like you have a prior agreement with the PPC that your landlord's agent had appointed. Change of PPC does not change the agreement without negotiation and that, complete with primacy of lease (just search here for that) should see you clear with any court.
As suggested look at Parking Prankster's blogspot for previous cases to base any appeal or court defence on.0 -
Since posting this I have been in contact with the parking company, pointing out their errors on the parking charge notices.
They have offered to reduce my pcn`s to the lower amount of £60 each as a gesture of goodwill.
I have now received letters from ZZPs and QDR solicitors.0 -

Which parking company? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
