My daughters computer is displaying very poor quality 'print'..the words are not clear,I have tried to amend screen resolution but it still doesn't help?
Someone has said it may have a virus? Any ideas:D

Can you send us a screenshot? If you don't know how to do that, open up a webpage or something (anything that shows how the fonts are appearing) and press "Print Screen" (should be next to F12) on your keyboard, then open up Paint (In the Start menu under All Programs > Accessories) and go into the "Edit" menu and click "Paste"
Then save the file and upload it somewhere like www.photobucket.com (free image hosting website) and put a link to it in this thread, someone might be able to help a bit better then.
Also, how old is the monitor (screen) ?
Is it a flatscreen or an old style monitor (Slightly curved out, a bit like a TV set) ?
Have you tried turning ClearType (mentioned above) OFF?
Hopefully the screenshot will be the most helpful diagnosis tool!I don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right0 -
