Halifax HTB ISA - Closing Statement

Does anyone know how long it takes for Halifax to issue the closing statement for a HTB ISA? I am looking to complete mid to late August, but hoping to squeeze in another payment on 1st August.
Also, does the conveyancer require the original statement or would a scanned copy suffice?

Its given to you when you sign the closing paperwork. One for you to keep, one for branch and one for the solicitor.

I closed the account in branch and they provided the closing letter immediately. Two copies, one for me, other for solicitor. A normal transactional statement also came in the post shortly after that.0
