Go to the top of the page and click on Forum Help for help with that.
Didn't the introductory video cover that when you signed up on Thursday?0 -

You confirmed that you had read and understood the forum basics, which includes navigation and starting threads as part of your signup, so its fair to assume that you do know.
Please go and re-read them. The link is at the top of every page.0 -
I had to weigh in here, as I've also received a recent letter from NDC Ltd. In the letter, they claim that their client (First Parking LLP) has already contacted me asking for payment.
THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!
I haven't received a single word from FP. So part of NDC's two-bit game is to deceive us from the very beginning. I've written to my local Trading Standards to inform them of this misleading letter. Might be worth others doing the same, if they haven't already.
Misleading and aggressive trading practices are UNLAWFUL!
