I had an issue with Dixons in relation to delivery of an item. They sent me a questionnnaire to fill in which i put that i wasnt happy with the service i received- they sent me back an email that was barely english and i didnt find it acceptable.
I have tried to email Mr Claire the CEO-he left the group a few weeks ago!

the new ceo is John Browett (found HERE) so looking at the email addresses it could be john.browett@dixons.co.uk
