P4Parking Ticket NtK too late?

Hi guys,

I've just received a NtK, todays date 14/7/17 for a ticket I got dated 8/5/17
After reading the nubies section, and going through paragraph 8 of the parking schedule I belive they have sent it after the 57 days limmit, its been 67 days before I got the Ntk.

Are they late, and do I still appeal using the same wording?

I would use the usual template then kill them off at POPLA with that fact.
