My mother left Talk Talk Broadband/phone in March 2016 but x3 payment have been taken from her account Sept 16 Nov 16 and Apr 17 I have called and written to Talk Talk but they advise me the account was cancelled and they have not taken the money but they clearly show on her bank account what can I do to persue this any ideas greatfully received. This money was taken on a debit card also.
