Problem with online retailer - What can I do?

Dublin based Online footwear retailer
Paid £90
Incorrect sizes delivered
Paid via Credit Card
Payment processed by WorldPay.com (they don't want to know)

Not a single reply to my e-mails notifying them of incorrect delivery and them to send out correct sizes (5 e-mails sent - no bounce messages)

What do I do next? Do I contact my credit card issuer? What do I say?

Comments

  • Yes contact your card issuer stating non receipt of goods.
You must keep the goods delivered for collection if they want them back.
The law is unclear as to who has to pay return carriage.

Do you have an address or phone number for the retailer?, ideally phone them up and speak to them usually this will sort your problem out.
Put the details of the retailer on your post if you can't obtain a phone number as i'm sure others can!!.

Failing above put the matter into the hands of the CC Company as above post!.
