Action Fraud, then pass it to the lender. A prove it letter is inappropriate when you know there has been fraud.0

Have you contacted the DCA direct? If so did they actually do a fraud investigation? Maybe they don't do it unless there is a crime ref number (to stop people simply claiming the debt isn't theirs as many won't report it to the police if it is their debt and saying it isn't). Report it and give them the number.0

Nic is right with this, contact the dca directly they will usually have tools in place to help assist you with fraud queries0
