Meeting rooms near Milton Keynes

Could anyone give me some advice on meeting rooms.
I need to hire meeting rooms on a very occasional basis for half a day at a time. Two people only. I'm not far from Milton Keynes and thought that would be a good place to start.
Regus do them for about £65 for half a day and Hilton do them for about the same.
They must be easy to access (as in not in the middle of nowhere) and very professional. Am I looking in the right direction? or should I be looking at another way of having a meeting room? Does anyone else have any experience of this.
Any advice gratefully recieved.

Hi,
I have just been looking for a cheap meeting room for my employer (a non profit making organisation), but for a larger group. How about trying local charities, libraries, non profit making organisations, YHA - their rooms are often very reasonable and you will be contributing to your local community as well.
I googled and found Wolverton Library Meeting Room hire in the Milton Keynes area as an example.
I have just found one we might use in a local Indian Association Centre and an alternative was a Deaf Centre.
Best wishes and good luck.0 -
Hi Mudguts,
I have been able to negotiate a big discount off of the price (50%) at Hilton by booking on the day as would otherwise go unused. Probably not appropriate for your business, but may give you a range to negotiate in.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I can recommend United Business Centres. They are in the centre, near Jurys Inn and the Hub and offer serviced offices and meeting rooms. Very professional service.MFIT No. 810
