Photos..pc to mobile phone?

I know you can send photos from mobile phone to pc but is it possible to do it the other way round? I want to send a photo that I have on my pc to someone who doesnt have one...only mobile...thanks for any help....

Are you bluetoothing from phone to pc?
If this is the case I can't see why you can't pc to phone and even you connect via a cable, I've just tried it and it works
