Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is to suggest the best name for the new P&O Cruises ship arriving in 2020 and it is open from 10 July 2017 to midnight on the 31 July 2017. The prize is for 2 tickets to the inaugural event in Spring 2020. The prize includes overnight accommodation on board based on two sharing a cabin and dinner for two at the gala dinner. It does not include transport to the ship in Southampton.
2. If the winner is under 18, the winner must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
3. Entries must be made by midnight on 31 July 2017 to be considered and the winner will be announced in Spring 2018.
4. Entries must be submitted by the online form only.
5. Multiple entries may be made and only one ship name to be submitted per form.
6. P&O Cruises’ decision as to the winning name is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Should the winning name be submitted by valid entries from different people there will be a random prize draw to select the winner.
8. The entries will be judged by our panel of experts from across the business and our brand partners following the closing date. The promoter reserves the right to not choose a winner, should none of the entries be deemed suitable. The promoter shall be under no obligation to use the winning name.
9. The winner will be notified by the email to the email address provided on their entry. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to undertake another random draw from those who have selected the winning name, and award it to another winner.
10. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
11. The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, image, in any media and for any other reasonable and related promotional and publicity purposes including follow up stories on the winner.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend and/or terminate this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control with no liability to entrants or third parties. No purchase necessary.
