Buying used car with RAC warranty

I have a Peugeot main dealer extended warranty.

From year 3 to year 8 so far.

Made 2 claims so far, £2400 ish.

First was for a washer pipe from bonnet to washer bottle.

They said was blocked jets, so not covered.

I proved it was a split pipe and they still did not want to do the job, Warranty made them.

Second was the Adblue tank, no dealer within 50 miles wanted to take my car in for a scan for 6/8 weeks and the 4 weeks later for fix.

I drove 65 miles to a small Peugeot dealer in Littlehampton, Sacned and fixed in 7/8 days.

I could still drive the car inbetween.

Still had to argue with Peugeot warranty as had no date for adblue tank delivery.

I provided proof I could source one same day.

That made them speed it up to one arriving next day.

I would not bother with a third party warranty.

Main daeler is hard enough to get work done.

Let alone a cliam company thats firt point of call is to say NO NO NO NO.
