Thumbs up to HMV, we should post good customer services stories and vote with our custom.

Currently on track to be debt free in March 2009! (Not taking into account the £2000+ in charges I'm claiming back...;))
  • A BIG THANKS to everyone of you who have replied.
Fingers crossed, I have had a better response from Microsoft, they have now said they will repair the xbox free of charge so hopefully within a few weeks my son will be able to use his arms and hands again, bless the poor teenager.:rotfl:
Incidently I asked tesco again today what would happen with the warranty for say a laptop (thinking of buying one) I bought today and was a christmas present? the assistant stated that it starts from today and would run out in twelve months time, makes me seriously think about wanting to shop there, considering my combined (food and fuel) annual spend is approximately £5,000+.

    Again Thank you ALL.
