Then you need to set that up from the credit card side.0 -
Which is difficult as it doesn't work!

In what way? I don't have a Tesco credit card, so don't know the layout of their website, but there would normally be somewhere to set up or change the direct debit. In a payments section or somewhere maybe.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -
There's a "Manage account" link that used to take you to a menu of option, but now all it does is offer to make your account "paperless".

Are you looking at the credit card section or the current account section? Would your Tesco credit card be managed from the same website as your current account?
How do you usually pay your credit card off?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -
They both have the same or similar sections.

They are both managed from the same website, yes.
It depends on how I feel and what is available. Some cards I pay by cheque, some via online banking and some via direct debit. The cheque thing is usually because I am visiting a branch to pay in anyway.Keef - Sheerness, Kent UK0 -
You need to be in the credit card section. I don't have a Tesco credit card, so I don't know what the menus are, but I would imagine there must be a menu called 'payments' or something similar where you can manage the direct debit. I do have Tesco Internet Saver, and there is a section in there to manage the direct debits, and if its managed from the same website I would have thought that the layout must be much the same?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0

Here are some instructions on how to set up a DD on a Tesco CC:-

There is a video, and you can view the transcript. Does that help?0 -

Thanks for the link, but following it or instructions sent from Tesco in email, despite them saying they don't communicate via email, doesn't work.

It used to, so I assume they have changed something but won't tell me who I need to contact to discuss this.
Looking at the url you get when clicking on the link, it would appear it directs you to a completely differnt area and they admitted to having a promotion on atm. I am hoping that this promotion will end soon and the link will then again work for me, as I can't get any sense out of Tescos.
