Do folks read the comps they are entering?
Almost 200 people have entered this competition, I wonder if the know they are entering for boat cleaner :eek:

There's an awful lot don't. Some of the fans of copy and paste emoji rants enter for prizes in New Zealand, Australia, Africa etc - which have to be collected... Then again maybe they travel a lot.....2018 - £562 2019 - £130 2020 - £276 2021 - £106 2022 - £1400

The only ones I confess to not reading too well (or more like not researching what the product actually does) is for vitamins/food supplements etc as I figure they must be of some use, whatever they do. As a result, I have had some strange ones turning up at times.
With regards to boat cleaner, surely you can use it on things other than boats? Unless you have to prove boat ownership in order to redeem the prize. I think I may still have the kids' rubber dinghy in the attic if anyone needs to borrow it to confirm their boat-owning credentials! :rotfl:0 -

On the subject of boats. I do a few paid surveys. I answered 'are you the owner of a yacht?' and got screened out.
I can just see Peter Jones on his yatch doing surveys...2018 - £562 2019 - £130 2020 - £276 2021 - £106 2022 - £1400 -

I think some of the survey companies live in cloud cuckoo land - seen them looking for a "chief executive or managing director of a company with a turnover in excess of £10,000,000", an MP and senior medical consultants - of course that's why I'm looking at a survey that pays 50p.0 -
