0% on purchases and cheap abroad??

Evening,

Could any recommend a card which has a good 0% offer but is also cheap to use abroad. I already have a Halifax clarity card but don't want to use that card abroad as it is cleared monthly whereas this new card is going to have a balance on which i can chip away at over the period of the 0%.

I think you're probably looking at two separate cards. The forex free cards tend not to have purchase promos.

Nationwide select. Provides charge-free purchases abroad, but not cash withdrawals. Currently offering 12 months promotional 0% on BTs and purchases. You need to be a Nationwide account holder.

When I opened my account a couple of years ago I was offered a credit card at the same time, without another credit check.
