It does, via the blue "quote" button at the bottom.

    As I just did.

Don't see that and I guess others don't going on the request to use the orange quote icon. ;)

Back to Topic: I bank with TSB and in my small market town there is a branch which is about as "human" as it gets. Ever been to another branch where the Manager often greets customers at the door? I also bank online, but all the staff there do not treat you as if you are a Victorian if you call into branch with a problem. Which is what happened to 3 family members, who also switched to TSB. I have paid in cheques from other banks, no problem.

Which is how it should be. As always it is down to how things are managed. The Nationwide where I used to live was great, but the one where I am now isn't nearly as good.

All bank branches ( from all banks) are living on borrowed time, regardless of how they are managed or how they are perceived locally by their customers..

I'm sure this is lovely, but if the bank manager has nothing better to do than stand there welcoming customers then the branch is living on borrowed time. Don't be surprised if it's on the next list of branch closures.
