If you want advice you really need to start your own thread. This could potentially end in a court claim so answering several people in one thread could well lead to confusion and the wrong advice being followed.0

It has now been 2 weeks since I sent them my letter, how long does it normally take to get a reply0

Please get on with your real life, this is nothing. What do you think the reply will say, they aren't going to cancel it so who cares if they reply or not? Relax.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, so it turns out the LBCC wasn't that at all, they've just got back to me saying the time for appeals has passed and they will now pass my info onto they're debt collection agency. They sent pictures of a sign that does say you need a permit to park in the specific spot that I did, a sign I didn't even know existed until I went back and checked it. So is the advice still the same, ignore the debt letters and wait for something else0

Seeing as the advice about ignoring debt collector letter chains hasn't changed for a decade:

Of course laugh at the letter chain of demands and please don't tell us about each one; we don't need to know!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not sure if it's relevant but these are the photos they sent me as evidence turns out that there is another sign right next to where I was parked that says you do need a permit.

New CPR rules come into force tomorrow. They make things a lot harder for PPCs to take motorists to court. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I can't seem to convert that link but two different signs create ambiguity.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
