Maybe I have not explained. You can only re-sell the tickets by using the re-sell website run by the original company that sold the tickets.
They have total control. They will just sit on two lots of money for 11 months.0 -
How do they know it's you using the tickets? Do you have to personally collect them or something?0

But why are you selling the tickets?, the obvious solution to this is to not buy tickets that you don't want.
Also considering that their is a lot of focus on Ticket Touts recently then a system like this is a good way to make sure only people who really want to go buy the tickets directly.0
