Monthly BT paperless phone bill not sent

For the first time, BT have not generated my September's monthly paperless bill for payment via direct debit (not via e-mail, and not on their web site), although I'm still getting my normal service from them (via Primus and via 18185 and via third party broadband, plus 2 calls per month via 1280 BT). Anyone else having the same experience?

I was waiting for a post like this as I reported my Email never came the other day, I am not paperless but I do normally get the Emails.

I can't even view the bill online, can you?

    I hope I have paid it :)

Wait untill people start getting late payment charges for not being informed about the bill.

Is it not illegal to take a direct debit without telling the customer first how much it is? I am paper billing or I would not have a clue how much I had to pay unless I rang them up and you know what a terrible service that is.

Lots of problems, I think it's a new system. :) WLR3 (What a Load of Rubish)

Let's just hope they don't get the decimal points in the wrong places.

Anyone noticed their recent calls amount hasn't reset after their last bill too? Got our bill okay on the 23rd of September but the Recent Calls amount never reset back to zero!

I think that is because you will see calls on the list that you have already paid for before.

So they turned off the action.

Well now I see that the stupid fellows have reset my 'recent calls' to none, although I know there were previously 2 there from mid-September that they have yet to bill me for, as they have not generated my September bill yet!

All back to normal for me to-day. Initially no September bill which was fixed but recent calls disappeared. Now everything shows as should be.

My e-mail notification of my BT bill just arrived today, but today is also the day they are scheduled to take their DD payment, so I wonder whether the numpties will delay that for the statutary notice period for DD payments?

I got my BT paperless bill today (11th October) dated 1st October and they've already taken the direct debit out! Suffice to say the amount is wrong - again, but it's just a further addition to problems I've been having for the past year.

If it wasn't for the Sky+ box I would bid a fond farewell to BT, I just wish there was an alternative.

I got my Email long after I paid it with online banking.

I hope they never used the Direct Debit as well.
