Hi I'm just reading your case. i have a court hearing on 27th parked in HX wigan and Gladstone are representing them. Do you have any advise or points that i could use in my defence. I definitley paid and displayed a ticket but they have now advised that using their ANPR system, my reg wasnt there, which can only mean that i hadnt entered my reg properly on the ticket machine. I ahve to have my defence over to them in the next 2 days, any help would be greatly appreciated0
