Where to buy good quality blinds?

Looking for something plain but well made and robust that won't break easily. The blind is for a room that is rented out. Doesn't need to be fancy but I find it it less hassle to buy something of better than average quality so that it will last longer.
It is for a round window. Would consider either a blackout blind mounted to the wall in a square shape around the window or one that hangs above the window.
Any recommended companies?
