But so what, no worries, don't pay it. It's only a lost POPLA appeal and your lease/AST wasn't looked at.

In a residential case you most likely have primacy of contract. Come back if you get a Letter before claim but IGNORE debt collector threatograms, (hilarious and yet at the same time, boring drivel).
