I wonder if you could help me with how to reply to this letter / what to do next?

I am trying to add an image but not sure that it's working!
I have browsed other threads but can't find the specific letter I received.

It's just a debt collector letter and you have wasted your time responding. ZZPS are not worthy of letters being sent to them.

However, Jonersh did suggest a decent complaint to send to WH, did you try this version, it is good:
