MET Parking Services £100

I received a fine from MET Paring Services on the 19th June 2017.
I think they are trying to use language to manipulate me into paying this fine, the letter reads:
On the date and time detailed above this vehicle was recorded as breaching the terms and conditions which those entering the above site agree to be bound by. These terms were clearly displayed in prominent places within the car park. In particular the above vehicle The vehicle's driver was not on the premises at the time of survey and in accordance with the contract that was agreed to upon entering, these terms were breached and therefore the parking charge detailed became payable by the driver.
After examining the evidence on their website, the images show the "driver" entering the petrol station twice within 90 minutes.
Can anyone be of any help please?

you definitely have NOT received a "fine"
no private company can "fine" you
you have received an invoice , called a PCN , or Parking Charge Notice
at no time did their paperwork call it a "fine" , so you are misleading yourself
as for the case in point , you need to READ and FOLLOW the instructions and adfvice in the NEWBIES sticky thread near the top of this forum , same as everyone else who comes here is told to do
then come back once they have replied (usually with a rejections)
meanwhile , contact the landholder and try to get it cancelled
and do NOT name or reveal who was driving , assume it was one of us driving for the purposes of this case
if they are alleging TWO VISITS on the same day , then the question is , what does the signage say ?
get pictures of the signage0 -
I agree with Redx. You need to take your time and explain in a bit more detail what happened, what t&c was breached and get some pictures of the signs. And make sure we can read the wording !
Was this at some fast food joint or what (The vehicle's driver was not on the premises at the time of survey and in accordance with the contract that was agreed to upon entering,)0 -
I thought it was going to be McDonalds !! , until I saw the words "petrol station"
you have to wonder why on earth would a petrol station employ a parking p@rasite ?0
