Cheaper hotel room tip

I booked two double rooms for £136 via www.london-discount-hotel.com.
When I got to the hotel, the notice on the wall said the room rate was £60.
Usually the room rate displayed at a hotel is more expensive than an online price.
My top tip is to use the internet to find cheap hotels in the area then phone the hotel to negociate an even better price.
(I raised the quibble with the web site who refused to refund the difference. So much for 'discount' prices)
