The most likely scenario if CEL chase the net and greet company is that some unwitting employee will get charged/docked.
Then a follow up could be Help ive been fined by cel, and my wages have been docked after work told me to park a vehicle at......

If cel do not comply with the protection of freedoms act, then why make it easy for them to claim their ill gotten money?

The reality is ... OP is not at fault, the M+G company have primary fault for causing the PCN to be incurred in the first place.

Forget about whether it possibly might impact some poor employee - OP needs to look after number 1 and get this killed stone dead. Naming the M+G company is the way to do this.
