We have put a different TV in our bedroom and I have unplugged the aerial and magic eye from the old TV and plug it in new one. The light is on on the magic eye but the new TV does not seem to have Sky anywhere. Any advice on how we can get this working please?

try tuning sky stb via rf only ie remove scart or hdmi temporarily
then retry tv link
or a simpler test is switch off rf power from stb settings re boot stb inc power then switch on rf power again though the rec ledyou mention sounds like tv link is already receiving 9.5 volts as required.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. You need to go in the tv settings and do an autotune or tuning scan of the analogue (not digital) tuner. Since most stations are now digital rather than analogue, the Sky picture should be the only station that's detected. Then save it to tv memory.

What Chrisw said!
RF2 out from your Sky box is an analogue signal, not digital, whereas everything else coming in to your new TV is digital. I had the same problem when I first installed a loft distribution amp and a cable from RF2 out to the amp to get Sky in 2 other rooms.
Put the TV on in analogue mode then do a setup scan. You may find the picture is crappy, you can experiment with changing the RF2 out channel in the Sky box then repeating the TV setup scan to see if the channel change improves things.0
